Centerless processes -- CNC controlled centerless grinding allows many different cylindrical, conical and spherical shapes, with and without flat faces as small as 0.0012” (30 µm) in diameter

Our precision grinding delivers sizes down to 0.0018 inches, with repeatability of plus-or-minus 0.0002 inches, and fulfills your complex, multi-diameter requirements.
